Clobex® (clobetasol propionate) Spray, 0.05% is not recommended for anyone younger than 18 years of age.

Clobex® Spray is indicated to treat moderate to severe plaque psoriasis up to 20% body surface area. Do not apply Clobex® Spray to your face, underarms, or groin and avoid contact with eyes and lips. Do not use Clobex® Spray any longer than 4 weeks and do not use more than 50 grams (59 mL or 2 fl oz.) of Clobex® Spray a week.

Use only as directed. Clobex® Spray can pass through your skin. Because too much Spray passing through your skin may affect your adrenal glands, do not use more than prescribed and stop using the product if you experience nausea, vomiting, fever or low blood pressure, and call you doctor. Other possible side effects with Clobex® Spray include mild to moderate burning, stinging, itching, redness, irritation, and dry skin. Also, thinning of the skin and widening of small blood vessels in the skin is possible. If you are pregnant, trying to get pregnant or nursing, speak to your doctor before using Clobex® Spray.

Clobex® (clobetasol propionate 0.05%) Spray, Shampoo and Lotion are indicated to treat moderate to severe plaque psoriasis and are not recommended for use on anyone younger than 18 years of age.

Use only as directed. The drug in Clobex® (clobetasol propionate 0.05%) Spray, Shampoo and Lotion can pass through your skin. Too much of the drug passing through your skin may cause harm to your adrenal glands. To reduce this risk, your total combined use of these products should not exceed 50g per week (50mL or 2 fl. oz. Spray or 50mL or 1.75 fl. oz. Shampoo or Lotion). Adrenal gland impairment can cause nausea, vomiting, fever and low blood pressure, so be sure to notify your doctor immediately if you experience any symptoms. Do not apply Clobex® Spray, Shampoo, or Lotion to your face, underarms, or groin and avoid contact with eyes and lips. If you are pregnant, trying to get pregnant or nursing, speak to your doctor before using any Clobex® product for your psoriasis.

Other possible side effects with CLOBEX® products include mild burning, itching, redness, dry skin, acne, hair loss, thinning of the skin, and widening of small blood vessels in the skin. You should use CLOBEX® Spray, CLOBEX® Shampoo, or Clobex® Lotion, 0.05% for your psoriasis only for the minimum period necessary to achieve desired results, as directed by your doctor.
