A 4-week, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, vehicle-controlled, parallel-group study of patients with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis to evaluate the efficacy and safety of clobetasol propionate spray, 0.05%. Patients applied either of clobetasol propionate spray, 0.05% BID (n=60) or its vehicle BID (n=60).

Patients using Clobex® Spray should:
- Not cover or bandage the treated skin unless directed by the physician
- Not use it on the face, underarms or groin area
- Wash their hands after applying the medication if any gets on their hands
